A refundable security deposit of 5,000 NOK per bicycle is required before the rental period begins.
The deposit may be held as:
A credit/debit card pre-authorization; or
A security deposit charged to the customer's card.
The deposit will be released or refunded within 7 days after the bicycle is returned and inspected.
2. Identification
The renter must provide:
Valid government-issued photo identification; and
A valid payment card in the renter's name.
3. Renter Responsibility
The renter is responsible for the bicycle and all rented equipment from the time of collection until return.
The renter agrees to:
Use the bicycle in a safe and responsible manner.
Follow all applicable traffic laws.
Secure the bicycle with the lock provided whenever it is unattended.
Store the bicycle indoors whenever reasonably possible overnight.
4. Damage
The renter is liable for damage caused by:
Crashes or collisions.
Improper use.
Negligence.
Failure to secure the bicycle.
Normal wear and tear is excluded.
Repair costs may be deducted from the security deposit.
5. Theft or Loss
In the event of theft, the renter must:
Notify the rental company immediately.
Report the theft to the police as soon as possible.
Provide a copy of the police report.
If the bicycle was left unlocked or secured improperly, the renter may be liable for the full replacement value of the bicycle and equipment.
6. Optional Damage Waiver
The renter may purchase an optional Damage Waiver for 150 NOK per day.
The Damage Waiver:
Reduces the renter's liability for accidental damage.
Does not cover theft, loss, intentional damage, reckless behavior, or violations of these terms.
Under the Damage Waiver, the renter's maximum liability for accidental damage is limited to 2,000 NOK per incident.
7. Mechanical Issues
The renter must stop riding immediately if the bicycle develops a mechanical issue that could affect safety and contact the rental company.
8. Return of Equipment
The bicycle and all rented equipment must be returned:
On the agreed date and time.
In substantially the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear.
Late returns may be charged at the standard daily rental rate.
9. Assumption of Risk
Cycling involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury or death.
The renter participates voluntarily and accepts these risks.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law.

3. Enter your details at checkout
Fill in your name, phone number or email address to confirm your booking. We will send you an appointment confirmation with all the details of your visit.
4. Receive appointment reminders
To help you remember, we'll send you a reminder 24 hours before your scheduled appointment
5. Visit Us at the Store
On the day of your appointment, simply come to our store at your selected time.
Our staff will have the item ready for you to try on and assist you with anything you need.
Q&A:
1. What happens if I decide to rent in the store?
If you love the item and decide to rent it, you can complete your rental agreement in-store. If it's not quite right, you're under no obligation to rent, and you can simply leave without any cost.
2. Can I reschedule or cancel the appointment?
If you need to change your appointment or can't make it, don't worry! You can reschedule or cancel directly via our email. Just give us a heads-up, and we'll help you find a new time.
